The Covina Police Foundation (CPF) was established in 2023 to bridge the gap for innovative programs, critical equipment needs, specialized training, employee wellness programs and emerging technology. The Covina Police Foundation will continue our solid history of philanthropy in the community and make positive impacts in the lives of our Covina Police Department.
