On Wednesday, September 17, 2025, the Covina Chamber of Commerce recognized Corporal Jason Kerns, Community Services Specialist Kayla Varela, and Deacon Ron Butler as the Employees of the Year. This Covina tradition celebrates the men and women who demonstrate exceptional dedication and service in public safety.
