To report graffiti in a public place within the Covina City limits, please call 626.384.5599 and provide the following information:
The address where the graffiti is located.
The location of the graffiti. Please be as detailed as possible.
Your phone number in case the graffiti removal staff needs more information.
Please note, graffiti removal on private property is the responsibility of the property owner and should be removed promptly.
