Everbridge is a voluntary or mass non-subscriber notification system that distributes
messages to inform the public of an emergency, significant or critical event. It can send
real-time alerts and instructions to groups and individuals of natural disaster, human induced disasters or accidents, or criminal related incidents. The City of Covina and the
Covina Police Department in preparation for such an event will make alerts, warnings,
or other notifications as necessary to the residents of the City of Covina.
