Critical incident notification system

The Police Department and City of Covina have adopted the use of NIXLE as a means of notifying the community of emergency information or critical incidents.  Sign up to receive these notifications.  We will also use FB and Twitter however those systems will be secondary to NIXLE notifications.  An important reason to follow these notifications is that NIXLE was designed with law enforcement in mind and users are authenticated before they can post information.  This means the information you receive through NIXLE is official.
